Tuna pasta with tomatoes sauce and peas
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 red pepper chopped
- 2 cans tuna drained aprox 250g
- 1 can chopped tomatoes 400g
- 2 Tbs olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- pinch of sugar
- pinch of oregano
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 150g peas
- 6 hand full of pasta of your choice
- In to a large frying pan worm the oil and add the onion and peppers, fry for 5 min
- Add to the pan the chopped tomatoes, sugar, salt, oregano, pepper and peas mix and let it cook on a small fire for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile cook your pasta according to the packet instruction
- After 15 minutes add the drained tuna to the sauce mix and turn the fire off
- Drain the pasta and add to the sauce and mix
