Tuna pasta with tomatoes sauce and peas



  INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 red pepper chopped
  • 2 cans tuna drained aprox 250g
  • 1 can chopped tomatoes 400g 
  • 2 Tbs olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • pinch of sugar
  • pinch of oregano
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper 
  • 150g peas 
  • 6 hand full of pasta of your choice 
  METHOD:
  1. In to a large frying pan worm the oil and add the onion and peppers, fry for 5 min
  2. Add to the pan the chopped tomatoes, sugar, salt, oregano, pepper and peas mix and let it cook on a small fire for 15 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile cook your pasta according to the packet instruction 
  4. After 15 minutes add the drained tuna to the sauce mix and turn the fire off 
  5. Drain the pasta and add to the sauce and mix 
SERVES 3
