Beef with tomatoes sauce




              INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 beef steak
  • 1 can chopped tomatoes
  • 1 red pepper cored and deseeded
  • 1/2 parsnip
  • 3 small carrots
  • 1 clove garlic 
  • 1 celery stalk 
  • 1 onion 
  • 1 teaspoon salt ( for babies over 1 year) 
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon sugar 
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 mini chopper or a food processor 
            METHOD:
  1. Mince the steak in your food processor 
  2. In a saucepan heat the oil and fry the beef until browned
  3. Meanwhile chop your vegetables in your food processor (pepper,parsnip,carrots.garlic,celery stalk,onion)
  4. Add the chopped vegetables to the browned beef and saute for 5 min 
  5. After 5 minutes add the chopped tomatoes, salt, oregano, sugar and 1/2 cup water, bring to boil then cover, lower the fire and cook for 30 minutes. 
At the and i like to add 1 tbs of flower mixed with water just to make the sauce a bit thicker but this is your choice. Serve with pasta or rice
