How to fight acne
If you are a teenager or an adult we all have the same problem sometime. Most of us spend a lot of money on products and treatments when with few simple rules we can help to prevent and treat breakouts.
- Gentle cleansing: wash your face no more then twice a day using a cleanser, toner and moisturize, try not to scrub your skin to much this will cause irritation and make your skin produce more sebum
- Keep your pillow cases clean by changing them once a week or even twice if you have greasy skin. What i do is i use white pillow cases so i can see if they need to be change early and before i wash them i soak them in vanish over night
- Wash your hair more often I`m saying this because if you have greasy hair or dandruff it may get in contact with your skin and cause blemishes
- Use tea tree oil on your blemishes this will help the drying process
- Eat zinc rich foods like yogurt, lamb and pumpkin seeds
- Drink lots of water
