How to fight acne

           If you are a teenager or an adult we all have the same problem sometime. Most of us spend a lot of money on products and treatments when with few simple rules we can help to prevent and treat breakouts.

  1. Gentle cleansing: wash your face no more then twice a day using a cleanser, toner and moisturize, try not to scrub your skin to much this will cause irritation and make your skin produce more sebum   
  2. Keep your pillow cases clean by changing them once a week or even twice if you have greasy skin. What i do is i use white pillow cases so i can see if they need to be change early and before i wash them i soak them in vanish over night 
  3. Wash your hair more often I`m saying this because if you have greasy hair or dandruff it may get in contact with your skin and cause blemishes 
  4. Use tea tree oil on your blemishes this will help the drying process 
  5. Eat zinc rich foods like yogurt, lamb and pumpkin seeds
  6. Drink lots of water
