Mushrooms spaghetti

         
INGREDIENTS:

  • 250g mushrooms cut into slices 
  • 3 cloves of garlic crushed 
  • 3 knobs of butter
  • 1 Tbs olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 250g spaghetti
METHOD:

  1. Into a sauce pan worm the olive oil and 1 knob of butter, add the garlic and saute for 20 sec 
  2. Add the mushrooms to the pan with garlic and on a medium heat saute in till done 
  3. Meanwhile cook your spaghetti according to the packet instruction, drain and reserve 1/2 cup cooking water
  4. After the mushrooms are done add the spaghetti on top with 1/2 cup cooking water, 2 knobs of butter, salt and pepper, turn the fire off 
  5. Mix in till the butter is melted and cover for 5 minutes before serving 
You can make this recipe vegan by leaving out the butter and add a bit more olive oil
