Mushrooms spaghetti
INGREDIENTS:
- 250g mushrooms cut into slices
- 3 cloves of garlic crushed
- 3 knobs of butter
- 1 Tbs olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 250g spaghetti
- Into a sauce pan worm the olive oil and 1 knob of butter, add the garlic and saute for 20 sec
- Add the mushrooms to the pan with garlic and on a medium heat saute in till done
- Meanwhile cook your spaghetti according to the packet instruction, drain and reserve 1/2 cup cooking water
- After the mushrooms are done add the spaghetti on top with 1/2 cup cooking water, 2 knobs of butter, salt and pepper, turn the fire off
- Mix in till the butter is melted and cover for 5 minutes before serving
