My pregnancy no stretch marks routine

Hi guys 😊  pregnancy it is very exiting, do you remember when your doctor told you " Congratulation, you`re pregnant" what was one of the thinks that was on your mind? Exactly 😀 STRETCH MARKS 😱 .  You don`t have to panic between 75 and 90% of women get stretch marks during pregnancy and to help i have decided to post some of the things i did to prevent them and don`t break you bank .
         Here they are:

  1. Baby oil: After every bath or shower i massage all my body with baby oil.TIP: make sure your water is not to hot because it dries out your skin .
  2. Drink lots of water this will help with many aspects of your pregnancy including keeping your skin hydrated and makes it more elastic . 
  3. Take your prenatal vitamins every day( i took the ones that come with fish oil, witch the fish oil is special design for pregnant women i think has no vitamin A in )
  4. Coconut oil:
     Every night before bed i massage my tummy all around including my back, bum and thighs with coconut oil. I used the brand in the picture it is very cheap and doesn`t have a smell . Hope it helps and if you have any other suggestions please share 😉 😘 💖
