Roast chicken with lemon garlic and ginger
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 chicken
- 1 lemon juice
- 4 cloves of garlic crushed
- 1 piece of ginger cut into matchsticks
- 2 tbs oil
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon crushed chillies
- 2 teaspoon salt
- Preheat the oven at 180°C
- Into a bowl mix the lemon juice, crushed garlic, ginger, oil, pepper, salt and crushed chillies
- Place the chicken on a tray and rub all over with the mix of ingredients
- Cover with foil and cook for 1 hour
- After 1 hour uncover and cook for 25 minutes more
