Chicken meatballs
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 chicken thighs mince
- 1 onion chopped
- 1/2 red pepper chopped
- 1 carrot grated
- 50 g bread crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- flour for coating
- oil for frying
- 1 knob of butter
- Into a small frying pan on a medium fire melt the butter and saute the onion, red pepper and carrot for 5 minutes
- Place the mince chicken, bread crumbs, salt and the saute onion, red pepper, carrot into a bawl and knead till every thing is combined
- Form 1 inch balls and coat with flour
4. In a large frying pan heat the oil on a medium fire and fry the meatballs on each side for 3 minutes
When they are ready place on a plate lined with some kitchen towel to remove any oil .
