How to fry tofu
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 block of tofu aprox 500 g
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 tbs cornstarch
- oil for frying
- Remove the tofu from the packet and leave it to drain on a strainer for 30 minutes
- Into a bowl mix the cornstarch, salt and pepper
- Take the tofu cut it into small cubs or any other shape and coat with the mix of cornstarch, salt and pepper
- On a large frying pan heat some oil and lay the tofu on one side, fry for 3 minutes on a medium-high heat then turn on the other side and fry for 3 minutes
- Place the fried tofu an a plate lined with kitchen towel and enjoy
