Holiday time Apartamentos Sinas Playa Spain 2017

       It is good sometime just to take some time off and forget about all the worries. Me and my husband we were looking for a quiet, private and kids friendly place and we find this little hidden charm in Galicia Spain. The apartments are 2 minutes away from the beach.

I took this picture from one corner of the beach, the apartments building is at the top right. I know some a you may think that is a very small beach, but i can tell you that is very private and at least you don`t get lost 😂 
The apartments also offers a communal swimming pool, a shared barbecue, a garden and a free gated parking space. We had a one-bedroom apartment which had all appliances needed to make you feel like a home from home and one think i like the most is that you have a washing machine which make thinks so easy when you have  kids. Staff very friendly.

   In this picture is the view you get at the back of the building which is amazing and what i liked is that at night you can hear the sound of the waves hitting the shore which i find very calming or imagine a cup of coffee early morning on your balcony with this view or a glass of wine in the evening .
  


 There is a walking path along the beach which takes you to your daily supermarket, coffee shops and restaurants plus 2 other beaches . 
In this picture you can see the other 2 beaches which are bigger and far away Sinas beach. 
All i can say is that we found our perfect holiday location😉.

How to make elderflower champagne

It is elderflower season and nothing can be more refreshing than a nice cold glass of low alcohol champagne made just with few ingredients. Elderflower wilts quickly so make it as soon as possible.  INGREDIENTS  • 5 L water bottle  • 5 elderflower flowers fully opened with lots of pollen and make sure you don't wash them  • 1 lemon peeled than sliced  • 10 tablespoons of sugar • very small pinch of yeast  METHOD  1. Take out about a cup of water out of the water bottle.  2. Add the sugar and yeast to the bottle and shake until the sugar is dissolved.  3. Add the sliced lemon than the elderflower flowers, put the lid on and shake the bottle once then place it into a bright warm place with the lid off , just cover briefly . 4. Little Red Riding Hood story map

Hi everyone 😊 long time since I wrote something 😁 and to be honest I don't know were to start 🙃. This pandemic turned everything a bit upside down and apart from homeschooling, cooking, cleaning and gardening I haven't done much. Over the summer holiday my son had some homework to do in which was required to draw some story maps for some fairytales and I looked everywhere for some inspiration but I didn't found anything helpful that's way I decided to post what my son did , maybe will help give you some ideas 😊 .
