Mushroom noodles

INGREDIENTS:

  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 1 tbs soy sauce 
  • 1 tbs oyster sauce 
  • 1 teaspoon chilli 
  • 2 garlic cloves 
  • 1 tbs oil
  • 1/2 cup cooking water 
METHOD:

  1. Cook the noodles in boiling water according to the packet instruction, drain and coat with a little bit of oil, seat aside 
  2. Heat a wok over a high heat and add the oil, then add the garlic and chilli, fry for 30 sec and add the mushrooms. Stir-fry until they started to have a little color, then add the soy sauce, oyster sauce and the water and cook for 1 minute 
  3. Add the noodles to the wok and toss together with the mushrooms. Serve immediately
