Mushroom noodles
INGREDIENTS:
- 250 g mushrooms
- 1 tbs soy sauce
- 1 tbs oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon chilli
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tbs oil
- 1/2 cup cooking water
- Cook the noodles in boiling water according to the packet instruction, drain and coat with a little bit of oil, seat aside
- Heat a wok over a high heat and add the oil, then add the garlic and chilli, fry for 30 sec and add the mushrooms. Stir-fry until they started to have a little color, then add the soy sauce, oyster sauce and the water and cook for 1 minute
- Add the noodles to the wok and toss together with the mushrooms. Serve immediately
