Homemade pizza

INGREDIENTS:
  • 5 slice of salami cut into your desire shape 
  • 5 mushrooms cut into small pieces 
  • 1 mozzarella ball cut into small cubes
  • 4 tbs tomato passata 
  • 1 teaspoon oregano 
  • 2 cups flour 
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 7 g easy bake yeast i use the one from allinson 
  • 2 tbs olive oil 
  • 200 ml warm water
METHOD for pizza dough:
  1. Mix the flour, yeast, sugar, salt and oil in a big bowl using a spoon and add the warm water. 
  2.  Tip on to a lightly flour surface and knead for 5 min.
  3. Put the dough into a lightly grease bowl and cover with a tea towel and leave to rise in a warm place for 1 hour. 
  4. After 1 hour knock back the dough by gently knead and form a ball cut into 2 pieces. What i do is i use only one dough ball and i freeze the other.
PIZZA time:
  1. Preheat your oven at 200℃ and put in a baking sheet tray to get hot.
  2. On a piece of foil lightly floured flatten your dough with your hands or a rolling pin to 1/2 cm tick.
  3. Spread with tomato passata and oregano. Top with your desired toppings or the one i used .
  4. With a tea towel grab the try from the oven and gently slide the foil on top with the pizza, place back in the oven and bake for 10 min .
