My beef chilli recipe with pasta

I have to say that this is not the authentic chili recipe and it dose not have chili inside, it is something i came up with so my son can have it as well.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 250 g mice beef
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 green pepper chopped
  • 1 can cannellini beans drained 
  • 1 can chopped tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon oregano 
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 200 g square pasta 


METHOD:
  1. Into a large high side pan heat the oil and add the mince beef, break it with your wood spoon in small pieces and fry in till browned or you see no more blood.
  2. Add the onion and green peppers and saute on a medium heat for 5 minutes.
  3. After 5 min add your drained beans and chopped tomatoes season with salt and oregano, bring it to boil cover and then lower the heat . Cook it cover for 20 minutes but stir occasionally.
  4. Meanwhile cook your pasta according to the packet instruction and when they are ready drain and rinse with cold water, set aside.
  5. When your sauce is ready put the pasta on top and mix together.
You can make this chili by adding 1 teaspoon chili flacks. Hope you enjoy this recipe and give it a try 😉
