Homemade mayonnaise
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- pinch of salt
- olive oil about 1/4 cup or a bit more just in till your mayonnaise is thick enough
METHOD
- Into a small bowl add the egg yolk, mustard, lemon juice, salt and with an electric whisk mix for 5 seconds.
- Whisking constantly start adding the oil few drops at the time in till your mayonnaise is thick enough .
- To add more flavor you can add like i did some crushed garlic or chilli flakes.
