What i eat in a day Christmas

Hi guys 😉 hope you had a great Christmas 🎄🎅 and happy new year🎇 🎆 . Hope you don`t mind a late what i eat in a day with what i eat on Christmas day 😁 i had this pictures and i meant to make a blog post but my son was not well over Christmas and posting was the last thing on my mind . So here is what i eat Christmas day 

 BREAKFAST
For breakfast i had a slice of this traditionally made cake which is like a panattone stuffed with walnuts 😋.

 LUNCH
There is no Christmas in my family without staffed cabbage 😊 so lunch was stuffed cabbage with mince pork and rice plus a dollop of sour cream on top 😋.

 DINNER
Its another tradition in our house that there is not Christmas without lamb 😉 so dinner was slow roast shoulder of lamb 😋 with mush potato and we had some sauerkraut salad as well 😋.

How to make elderflower champagne

It is elderflower season and nothing can be more refreshing than a nice cold glass of low alcohol champagne made just with few ingredients. Elderflower wilts quickly so make it as soon as possible.  INGREDIENTS  • 5 L water bottle  • 5 elderflower flowers fully opened with lots of pollen and make sure you don't wash them  • 1 lemon peeled than sliced  • 10 tablespoons of sugar • very small pinch of yeast  METHOD  1. Take out about a cup of water out of the water bottle.  2. Add the sugar and yeast to the bottle and shake until the sugar is dissolved.  3. Add the sliced lemon than the elderflower flowers, put the lid on and shake the bottle once then place it into a bright warm place with the lid off , just cover briefly . 4. Little Red Riding Hood story map

Hi everyone 😊 long time since I wrote something 😁 and to be honest I don't know were to start 🙃. This pandemic turned everything a bit upside down and apart from homeschooling, cooking, cleaning and gardening I haven't done much. Over the summer holiday my son had some homework to do in which was required to draw some story maps for some fairytales and I looked everywhere for some inspiration but I didn't found anything helpful that's way I decided to post what my son did , maybe will help give you some ideas 😊 .
