Chicken liver sauce

INGREDIENTS :
  • 250 g chicken liver
  • 1 onion 
  • 1/2 red pepper 
  • 2 tbs tomato ketchup 
  • 1 tbs oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon salt 
METHOD :
  1. Into a pan with high sides add the oil, onion, red pepper with the salt and on a medium fire sate for 5 min or until soften .
  2. Add the liver, water and ketchup and mix, bring it to boil , then cover and reduce the heat to minimum. Cook for 15 minutes or until the sauce has reduced .
You can enjoy it with bread, rice, pasta or with mash potato .
