Chicken liver sauce
INGREDIENTS :

- 250 g chicken liver
- 1 onion
- 1/2 red pepper
- 2 tbs tomato ketchup
- 1 tbs oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Into a pan with high sides add the oil, onion, red pepper with the salt and on a medium fire sate for 5 min or until soften .
- Add the liver, water and ketchup and mix, bring it to boil , then cover and reduce the heat to minimum. Cook for 15 minutes or until the sauce has reduced .
