    1. Another drink to try if you want is Kefir , but if you take any medicine for MS check with your doctor first because it might interfere with your medicine

    2. I used to drink kefir before MS and migrating to dairy & gluten free diet. I still purchase it for my half-orange.
Kefir is one of (maybe the) the best natural probiotic drinks.
      Thanks.

  4. Hi I used to be 350 lbs now I'm aproxamently 209 lbs. But it just seems like I get constipated during the summer months.I tried googling how much water should I drink when it's hot outside. It's just saying 1 gl. But I sweat like a hot pig. I just sawed this would be a more appropriate way to say that. I was always told I'm not drinking enough water but I do drink a gallon a day in the summertime but of course not all at once and sometimes I feel sick to my stomach is there any other options that I can do let me say this by adding that I live in Detroit Michigan to areas so everything's like walking distance basically and I also have to say that I don't have an elevator in my apartment complex and I live on the third floor

    1. Hi if you get constipated you should try this prune juice recipe and drinking water is always good , i live in London and for us the recommended amount of water is 2 liters a day . Sweating is good ,is how the body regulates temperature . You can try some warm water with lemon in the morning , it will hydrate you and help with your bowel movements ,and because is summer and its hot try to eat more fruits and vegetables and maybe reduce the amount of salt in your food because salt makes your metabolism work faster therefore you sweat more ....hope this helps a little

    1. Hi as long as they are organic it doesn`t matter which shop they are from , unfortunately they are more expensive but they are better quality and don`t contain any harsh chemicals . And don`t forget a little goes a long way with a 250g of prunes you can make 2 liters of juice . Holland & Barrett should have good ones, i buy mine from As nature intended store .
