Smoothie bags
Hi guys 😊 if you are a mum or a very busy person and you find it hard to get some breakfast in to you this will be very helpful . Making smoothie is already pretty easy and as long as you don`t think to put your omelette inside you will be fine 😀 .
All you need it`s a blender , freezer bags and any fruits , vegetable , nuts or seeds you like and some liquid like water or milk . I use my Magic Bullet and it works just fine 😉 . Here is what i put in my bags for a week :
- 1 Beetroot - is a good source of iron and folate (naturally occurring folic acid)magnesium and antioxidants. Recent health claims that can help lower blood pressure, boost exercise performance and prevent dementia .
- 30 g kale - it contain B vitamins and C vitamins which promotes iron absorption .
- 1/2 green apple - green apples have protein, vitamins, minerals and fiber , they are well know for their benefits fighting digestive disorders, their low levels of good cholesterol, regulating glucose levels and improving your appetite .
- 1/2 banana - is loaded with potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron, folate, niacin and B6 this all contribute to proper function of your body and keeping you healthy.
