What i eat in a day

Hi guys 😊

BREAKFAST
For breakfast i had a smoothie made out of green apple, beetroot, spinach, 1/2 banana, 1 tbs almond butter and almond milk 😉 .

LUNCH

For lunch i had some king prawn chow mein which was left from last night 😀 .

DINNER
Dinner was baby aubergine and mushrooms stew with rice and some parmesan cheese on top .
