What i eat in a day

Hi guys 😊 

BREAKFAST
For breakfast i had a smoothie made with 1/2 green apple, 1 beetroot, 1/2 banana, hand full of baby spinach , 1 big tbs almond butter and cranberry juice 😋.

LUNCH 
Lunch was baked potato with cheddar cheese , baked beans and tuna on top with some green salad on the side 😉 one of my favourites 😁 .

DINNER
For dinner i had sausage , sour cream and pesto pasta with some parmesan and some black olives on top 😋 this is so easy and quick to make, you basically fry a bit of sausage ,then add a cup of sour cream and 1 tbs pesto mix , then you add the cooked pasta with 1/2 cup of the water that the pasta boiled in and mix . That is about it, i added some extra pesto on top of mine just because i love pesto 😁.
