The Ordinary AHA 30% +BHA 2% Peeling Solution , Retinol 0.5% in Squalane and Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5

Hi guys 😊 I know I said I am gone post this last week but I got caught in spring cleaning because we finally have nice weather in UK and I completely forgot 😀 but anyway let`s get to it 😉 . I want to start by saying that I love love this products they are amazing .

AHA 30%+BHA 2% Peeling Solution 

I can`t say enough good things about this product it basically changed the appearance of my skin, I use it once a week, I clean my face first and wait for my skin to dry then I apply it evenly across my face and neck using fingertips, avoiding the eye area, I leave it in for 10 min and after I rinse it with warm water, all my spots and dark marks are gone not that I have to many but are gone 😉 and my skin feels almost like a baby bum 😃. The way it works is that the AHA exfoliates the surface of the skin while the BHA works deep in the skin .
AHA are chemical exfoliators Glycolic Acid and Lactic Acid they work by dissolving the upper layer of dead skin cells to blur red marks left by acne and prevent spots from popping up and even your skin texture and tone. I have oily and blemish prone skin and it really helped me.
BHA the most popular one is Salicylic Acid which is a chemical exfoliator not only exfoliate the top layer of the skin but can penetrate blocked pores and dissolve sebum and dead skin that can lead to spots that`s way is perfect for oilier skin types or acne prone skin.
 When used together they work better on stubborn skin with acne, sun damage and clogged pores so this product has bought😉 amazing 😊. You can apply it up to 2 a week and make sure you use sunscreen because it make your skin more sensitive to the sun . 

RETINOL 0.5% in Squalane 

Another product  that improve my skin texture is Retinol which is vitamin A and it works by unclogging the pores, boost collagen production and reduce fine lines . It is  recommended to start with a low dosage of retinol so the skin can build tolerance because can cause significant irritation, redness and peeling, especially around the eyes and mouth in the early stages of treatment . For that reason i chose this product it has a low dose of retinol perfect for beginners like me. I use it by applying a small amount to my face in the PM (always at night ) after i cleans, before any heavier treatments and it helped me with my blemishes, rough skin and hyper pigmentation . You can`t use this with any other retinol treatments and always wear SPF in day time .

HYALURONIC ACID 2% + B5 

I needed some more hydration for my skin because usually as we age our bodies collagen declines and the appearance of wrinkles and discoloration becomes more visible .
Hyaluronic acid keeps collagen levels up, as well as retaining skin moisture contributing to the anti-ageing benefits for the skin . It is calming and has antioxidant properties for all skin types even eczema prone skin and breakout prone skin. Hyaluronic acid isn`t an acid in the way you might think, unlike Salicylic,Glycolic and Lactic acids, hyaluronic acid doesn`t remove dead cells from your skin, in contrary it adds to your skin. I use it in the morning and evening as a part of my skin care routine by applying few drops to the face before my cream .
