Holiday this year 2018 Apartamentos Sinas Playa


Hi guys 😊 long time since i haven`t posted anything 😀 is because i was on holiday for a couple of weeks in Galicia, Spain .  Like last year we stayed at Apartamentos Sinas Playa in Raxo which is located just 1 minute away from the beach and the staff in there are really nice they make you feel like family . I have a hole blog post from last year about them, or you can find them on booking.com were you can see more pictures if you are interested, but believe me it is unbelievable,we love it so much it has become our holiday destination , you have everything within your reach the beach is one minute away, supermarket three minutes away and coffee shops and restaurants are just five minutes away . For this blog post i said to take few pictures around Raxo Playas for a better view 😉 and i know i`m not the best at taking pictures but i really tried my best 😀I took most of the pictures when it was a bit cloudy outside because i didn`t want to capture anybody in them .

Few things to know before you travel to Spain one you are not aloud to drive in flip flops and your upper body has to be covered , second is that supermarkets are closed on Sundays and third wear sunscreen even if it looks cloudy you can still burn, i speak from experience 😃.

How to make elderflower champagne

It is elderflower season and nothing can be more refreshing than a nice cold glass of low alcohol champagne made just with few ingredients. Elderflower wilts quickly so make it as soon as possible.  INGREDIENTS  • 5 L water bottle  • 5 elderflower flowers fully opened with lots of pollen and make sure you don't wash them  • 1 lemon peeled than sliced  • 10 tablespoons of sugar • very small pinch of yeast  METHOD  1. Take out about a cup of water out of the water bottle.  2. Add the sugar and yeast to the bottle and shake until the sugar is dissolved.  3. Add the sliced lemon than the elderflower flowers, put the lid on and shake the bottle once then place it into a bright warm place with the lid off , just cover briefly . 4. Let it sit for 3 days . 5. Use a fine strainer to drain the liquid into bottles and let them opened at room temperature to sit for another 2 days .  6. Close the bottles and store ...

Little Red Riding Hood story map

Hi everyone 😊 long time since I wrote something 😁 and to be honest I don't know were to start 🙃. This pandemic turned everything a bit upside down and apart from homeschooling, cooking, cleaning and gardening I haven't done much. Over the summer holiday my son had some homework to do in which was required to draw some story maps for some fairytales and I looked everywhere for some inspiration but I didn't found anything helpful that's way I decided to post what my son did , maybe will help give you some ideas 😊 .
