Easy chicken schnitzel
INGREDIENTS
- 4 chicken breast sliced
- 1 cup of flour
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 eggs
- oil for frying
- Season the chicken with 1 teaspoon of salt , combine the flour with 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon dried oregano, 1 teaspoon of black pepper on a plate and whisk the eggs into a bowl with the last 1/2 teaspoon of salt .
- Coat the chicken piece by piece, shake any excess off and place it on a plate and leave it for 5 min, by doing this you avoid your egg mixture to fall the chicken .
- Heat your oil into a frying pan on a medium heat.
- Dip the chicken into the egg mixture and then straight into the frying pan . Cook the chicken in batches for 4-5 min on each side or until golden brown.
- When they are ready place them on a plate lined with kitchen towel.
