Easy chicken schnitzel

INGREDIENTS 
  • 4 chicken breast sliced 
  • 1 cup of flour 
  • 2 teaspoons of salt 
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper 
  • 4 eggs 
  • oil for frying 
METHOD
  1. Season the chicken with 1 teaspoon of salt , combine the flour with 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon dried oregano, 1 teaspoon of black pepper on a plate and whisk the eggs into a bowl with the last 1/2 teaspoon of salt .
  2. Coat the chicken piece by piece, shake any excess off and place it on a plate and leave it for 5 min, by doing this you avoid your egg mixture to fall the chicken .                                  
  3. Heat your oil into a frying pan on a medium heat.
  4. Dip the chicken into the egg mixture and then straight into the frying pan . Cook the chicken in batches for 4-5 min on each side or until golden brown.                                                             
  5. When they are ready place them on a plate lined with kitchen towel. 
I usually make more so i can enjoy them throughout the whole week , you can have them hot or cold, in a sandwich or with salad and mash potato 😋 . Hope you enjoy it 😊 😗 💋 💖
