Hi guys 😊 lets do another healthy one Prune juice and the benefits of drink it . INGREDIENTS 300 g prunes 2 liter water METHOD Place the prunes and water into a pan and bring it to boil, then lower the heat cover and simmer for another 2 min . Leave it to cool a little if necessary and depends how big its your blender add little by little in till you blend all the boiled prunes with the water they boiled in until smooth . You can sieve the juice or you can have it as i do😉 just like that . Leave it to cool completely, transfer it to bottles and keep it in the fridge .
