Hi guys 😊 lets do another healthy one Prune juice and the benefits of drink it . INGREDIENTS 300 g prunes 2 liter water METHOD Place the prunes and water into a pan and bring it to boil, then lower the heat cover and simmer for another 2 min . Leave it to cool a little if necessary and depends how big its your blender add little by little in till you blend all the boiled prunes with the water they boiled in until smooth . You can sieve the juice or you can have it as i do😉 just like that . Leave it to cool completely, transfer it to bottles and keep it in the fridge . Hi everyone 😊 long time since I wrote something 😁 and to be honest I don't know were to start 🙃. This pandemic turned everything a bit upside down and apart from homeschooling, cooking, cleaning and gardening I haven't done much. Over the summer holiday my son had some homework to do in which was required to draw some story maps for some fairytales and I looked everywhere for some inspiration but I didn't found anything helpful that's way I decided to post what my son did , maybe will help give you some ideas 😊 . It is elderflower season and nothing can be more refreshing than a nice cold glass of low alcohol champagne made just with few ingredients. Elderflower wilts quickly so make it as soon as possible. INGREDIENTS • 5 L water bottle • 5 elderflower flowers fully opened with lots of pollen and make sure you don't wash them • 1 lemon peeled than sliced • 10 tablespoons of sugar • very small pinch of yeast METHOD 1. Take out about a cup of water out of the water bottle. 2. Add the sugar and yeast to the bottle and shake until the sugar is dissolved. 3. Add the sliced lemon than the elderflower flowers, put the lid on and shake the bottle once then place it into a bright warm place with the lid off , just cover briefly . 4. Let it sit for 3 days . 5. Use a fine strainer to drain the liquid into bottles and let them opened at room temperature to sit for another 2 days . 6. Close the bottles and store ...
